An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asvestos Analyst/ Surveyor. The ideal candidate will be based in Yorkshire, Greater Manchester or Midlands and bring both technical qualifications and practical experience in surveying and analytical duties, including four-stage clearances. The role involves travel across the region to carry out asbestos surveys and analytical assessments, so a full UK driving licence is essential. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Asbestos Surveys on commercial, industrial and domestic properties in accordance with HSG264. Carry out Four Stage Clearance procedures in compliance with HSG248. Perform air monitoring, fibre counting, leak/reassurance testing, and personal monitoring. Record and report survey and analytical data accurately using Alpha Tracker or similar data collection software. Communicate professionally with clients and contractors on-site. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with UKAS standards, HSE guidance, and company procedures. Requirements: Location: Must be based in Yorkshire, Greater Manchester or Midlands. Qualifications: BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH equivalent). Experience: Minimum of 2 years practical experience in asbestos surveying and analytical work.
