This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong sales ability and a genuine interest in high-end retail to be part of a company that blends heritage and innovation.About the RoleAs Sales Executive, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients—whether they’re buying or selling a luxury watch. You’ll manage enquiries, build relationships, prepare quotes, and guide clients through the entire process with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.You’ll be working in a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering a personalised, premium experience.Responsibilities include :Managing inbound sales and purchase enquiriesPreparing detailed, tailored quotationsAdvising clients on suitable timepieces based on their needs and preferencesFollowing up leads and maintaining strong conversion ratesOrganising appointments and viewingsMaintaining accurate CRM recordsLiaising with suppliers and service centresAssisting with stock management and online product listingsIdentifying trends and contributing to marketing activityMeeting and exceeding agreed sales targets while upholding brand integrity
About YouYou’ll be proactive, professional, and confident dealing with high-value transactions and high-net-worth individuals. Ideally, you’ll have experience selling luxury goods such as watches, jewellery, or prestige vehicles, and a natural ability to make clients feel at ease while guiding them through a purchase.You should bring:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in sales – ideally in a luxury or high-value settingExceptional attention to detail and organisational abilityA consultative, client-first approachA target-driven mindset and the ability to work independentlyA genuine interest in luxury watches (or the desire to develop one!)
The PackageSalary : £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE)Bonus : Annual performance-related bonusHolidays : 29 days including bank holidaysHours : 35 hours/week Mon–Fri, with alternate Saturdays (33.5 hours that week, with a weekday off)Pension : Workplace schemeExtras : Regular team socials and a supportive, collaborative working culture
