My client is a leading civil engineering contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects.-With an expanding work portfolio they are seeking an experienced-Civils Site Agent-to join the team. There is scope for career progression-as they look to grow the business in the Gloucestershire area.

Contracts comprising Roads, 278 works, Structures, Drainage &-associated civils works..

Your role will include:

• Leading projects including Roads, 278 works, Structures, Drainage & Earthworks.
• Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and to specification
• Overseeing Project Plans, RAMS, ITPs, waste plans, QA files, and ensuring H&S compliance
• Driving programme performance.-
• Chairing weekly site meetings and ensuring clear communication across all teams
• Managing cost control, forecasting, and commercial performance for your section
• Identifying and implementing value engineering opportunities
• Leading defect-free delivery and successful client handover

You''ll ensure accurate reporting, proactive risk management, and strong stakeholder relationships throughout the lifecycle of your works.
