Our client is currently looking to recruit an Interim Head of Capital Schools Programme on an initial 6 month contract Interim Head of Capital Schools Programme (PFI and BSF)£800 per day inside IR35 Liverpool - hybrid We re seeking an experienced interim to lead a c.£80m education capital programme, covering school expansions (mainstream and SEND), PFI, and BSF contracts. You ll drive delivery at pace, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and embed sustainability and net zero principles across the schools estate. Key experience needed: Built environment degree + professional accreditation (RICS/RIBA/CIOB/APM) Strong background in education/public sector capital projects PFI/BSF contract management expertise Leadership of large teams and budgets Procurement, JCT/NEC contracts, and full project lifecycle delivery This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running and make a real impact.
