This may involve using techniques such as positive reinforcement, de-escalation strategies, and conflict resolution skills.Providing Emotional Support: Students with SEN needs may require additional emotional support. Teaching assistants should be empathetic listeners and provide encouragement and reassurance to help students cope with challenges and build resilience.Suppo
