We are seeking an experienced and proactive Block Manager to manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, residents'' associations, and contractors, taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management of their portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty and Portfolio ManagementManage a portfolio of residential blocks in accordance with lease terms and statutory requirementsConduct regular site inspections and ensure properties are maintained to a high standardIdentify and manage maintenance issues, repairs, and improvement worksPrepare specifications, obtain competitive tenders, and oversee contractors on siteEnsure health and safety compliance, including fire risk assessments and statutory inspectionsClient and Stakeholder LiaisonAct as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, and residents'' management companiesAttend AGMs, EGMs, and board meetings as required, preparing agendas and minutesHandle queries, complaints, and disputes professionally and efficien
