Working closely with the Mechanical Supervisor, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, and fully operational.Your new roleAs a Plumber / Mechanical Engineer (Level 2), you will deliver both planned and reactive maintenance to a range of mechanical and plumbing systems. Your work will include installations, testing, commissioning, repairs, and fault finding across heating and water services.You will also carry out survey inspections-including confined space and working-at-height tasks-maintaining accurate logs and service records.
