Partnerships Manager - B2B Media

Key Responsibilities
- Sell high-value data-driven marketing services and event sponsorships to senior-level decision makers across global travel businesses.
- Develop and pitch creative media solutions tailored to client goals across digital, print, and live event channels.
- Build strong commercial relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including editorial, marketing, and client success to ensure campaign success.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities in your assigned territories and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Deliver insightful presentations, manage pipeline activity in Salesforce, and exceed revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B media sales, with a history of generating annual revenues between -600k and -1m+ through strategic, client-focused campaigns.
- Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across global organisations.
- Comfortable using Salesforce for sales tracking, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Skilled in selling creative marketing campaigns, event partnerships, and integrated media solutions.
- Commercially minded and motivated by delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
- Passionate about sustainability, inclusion, and the role of responsible media in industry change.
- Confident communicator with the ability to deliver high-impact presentations and build trust in face-to-face meetings.
