Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)£ Do you want to play a vital role in helping young learners overcome challenges and succeed£ Supply Desk is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to provide personalised support, including one-to-one help, in several welcoming schools across Slough.

What Youandrsquo;ll Do:

• Work directly with pupils who have a variety of SEND, supporting their learning and development.
• Assist in delivering individual education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning activities.
• Help students build essential skills, confidence, and independence.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to monitor progress and adapt strategies.
• Promote a positive, calm, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEND, including those with SEMH, autism, or other additional needs, is highly valued but not essential.
• Patience, empathy, and a kind, nurturing approach to supporting children.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and supporting wellbeing.

Job Details:

• Location: Slough
• Start Date: September 2025
• Pay: From andpound;13 per hour
• Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time
