Electrical Engineer We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join a leading and engineering company based in Fareham. Introduction The primary role of the Electrical Engineer will be to design and develop control systems for complex technical machines and equipment. Training and development will be provided for the right transferable skills. Responsibilities: Your duties will include working on motion control equipment and drives, safety systems, and monitoring systems - PLC and video based. This role will be a mix of desk-based specification, design and documentation as well as being down on the production line both coordinating and assisting with the work so a hands on approach will be required for this position. Ideal Experience: Engineering Degree or equivalent relatable experience. Any experience in projects involving the specification, design and commissioning of electrical control systems would be beneficial Experience producing project documentation including technical specifications, design documentation and budget material lists. Experience in electrical circuit fault finding. Experience in wiring and any wiring standards knowledge Willingness to be hands on. Proficient in MS Office. Electrical Engineers of all levels will be reviewed, and our client would be open to candidates with a hands on electrical wiring background, keen to develop their skills.
