Our client is a dynamic software platform that has a global footprint and a strong growth trajectory. The business is seeking an experienced Interim Group Financial Controller for 12 months.The Role

As Interim Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of group financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple European entities. You will play a key role in ensuring audit readiness, managing internal/external stakeholders, while supporting the finance team with high-quality financial reporting across the group.Key Responsibilities

Lead the group reporting function across US, APAC and EMEAManage the preparation and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statementsLead and complete all audit processes, ensuring compliance and timely deliveryCollaborate with external stakeholders, including auditors and advisorsProvide strategic support to the CFO through business analysis and performance reportingAssess and enhance the company’s KPI scorecard to drive data-led decision-makingIdentify and implement process improvements across the finance functionMUST have exposure to listed reporting requirements (AIM, FTSE or PLC)Candidate Profile

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience in a group financial controller or senior finance role within a multi-entity, international environmentStrong technical accounting knowledge and experience with audit processesExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience in a private equity-backed business is highly desirableConfident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsSeniority level
