We are working exclusively on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded firm to identify a technically strong and commercially minded Corporate Tax Director, with future potential to step into the Head of Tax role.This is a critical leadership appointment, offering the opportunity to take ownership of an established and growing Corporate Tax function, contribute to firm-wide strategy, and play a central role in delivering high-quality, solutions-led advice to a diverse and growing client base.This is a highly visible role with clear strategic importance.Responsibilities

Lead on UK Corporate Tax compliance and advisory services with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of complex client engagements.Support business development efforts and collaborate closely with partners and senior stakeholders across the firm.Take responsibility for key client relationships, lead commercial proposals, and ensure delivery of technically robust and commercially practical solutions.Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture; support the long-term development of the firm’s tax offering.Work towards progression with a defined pathway toward Head of Tax for the right individual (not immediate).Qualifications

Qualified tax professional (ACA, CTA or equivalent) with significant experience across UK Corporate Tax compliance and advisory services.Strong understanding of international tax issues, group structuring, and transactional matters.How to Apply
