Are you confident on the phone, motivated by targets, and looking to build a long-term career in sales? We''re working with a thriving call centre based in Romsey that offers a supportive, fun, and professional environment where your attitude matters as much as your experience.

What you''ll do:

• Make outbound calls to existing and new customers (both business and consumer)

• Promote products and services through direct sales, upselling, and cross-selling

• Build strong customer relationships and manage accounts

• Follow a clear and proven sales process to ensure great results

• Meet targets and KPIs while delivering excellent customer service

What we''re looking for:

• Confidence in communicating over the phone

• A friendly and professional manner

• Motivation to meet and exceed targets

• Experience in telesales, door-to-door, or retail sales is a bonus - but not essential as full training is provided

• Strong team player with good IT skills
