The Role:Act as the primary commercial point of contact for the Customer Support Manager or Sales Manager, leading the negotiation and execution of contract amendments and change orders associated with the ?By the Hours? Proactively monitor contractual terms and performance, preparing and managing the pricing renewal process to ensure continued profitability. Monitor aircraft flying rates to ensure the timely and accurate consolidation of customer invoices.
