This role will complement an established consulting team by providing deep industry and functional expertise to ensure the target operating model is best-in-class, future-fit, and transformative. Key Responsibilities Act as the senior SME across LGRC domains, shaping the target operating model (TOM) and organisational design. Provide industry-leading insight and challenge to ensure the design reflects best practice within highly regulated, complex environments.
