Essential Criteria:The role encapsulates the end-to-end design of the integration of electrical systems with regards to all Mechanical packagingEnclosures, brackets, housings, truckingThermal mechanical - Cooling calcs, sizing of ducts heatsinks etcBatteries, cold plates, busbars, PCB mounting, Composite HV pack enclosuresAV Mounting - Calculate and size bushings, define and manage testing and validation, development of tools and processSystems Engineering - Capturing and understanding the requirements, blue sky thinking, problem solving, electrical architecture, componentry selection, layout, and feasibility.Detail design - 3D CAD - Concept schemes, packaging2D manufacturing - Drawings, build lists, BOM, supplier selection, costings, planning capture.Support - Physically validate the system, parts they have designed, support build, snag correction, fault investigation, easements, cost-downs, reworks instructions, reporting.CAD, 2D and 3D drawing data and design (UG NX)Engineering system supportProject Product DataLiaise with engineering in the control and generation of CAD UG NX data and drawings.Develop personal systems for optimum performance and efficiency.To maintain all facets of CAD drawing generation to
