Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with a managing consultant organisation who want to find their first dedicated lead-generation hire.
This is a hands-on, outbound-focused lead-generation role. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the senior team.
You will work remotely with flexible arrangements, joining the wider team for quarterly in-person meet-ups to align, collaborate, and share insights.
Main responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
- Lead outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, partnerships, events)
- Book meetings for senior consultants
- Maintain CRM and pipeline reporting
- Support forecasting and commercial process development
- Proactive and hands-on with outbound lead generation
- Process-oriented and commercially focused
- Motivated by targets and performance incentives
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working remotely while participating in quarterly team sessions
