The Company: Our client is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to join the team. The suitable appointee will ideally be an experienced Warehouse Manager with a proven track record of leadership within the warehouse and distribution Industry. A leader, with a working knowledge of warehouse operations the ideal candidate will have worked within a fast paced, dynamic environment either within fashion or a similar related product background business. The Role: Overseeing all day-to-day warehouse operations Managing, supervising, and motivating warehouse staff Ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods Implementing and maintaining effective stock control processes Conducting regular stock takes and ensuring inventory accuracy Optimising warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency Ensuring garments are handled and stored to a high standard Maintaining health and safety standards and compliance at all times Liaising with internal teams regarding stock levels, orders, and deliveries Monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement Skills Required: Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse role Experience within clothing, textiles, or retail environments is highly desirable Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Good IT skills, including experience with stock management systems Knowledge of health and saf
