Key responsibilities: Monitor accounts receivable and manage the collection of outstanding debts. Conduct regular credit reviews and assessments of customer accounts to mitigate risk. Liaise with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment terms. Prepare and issue statements, and reminders in a timely manner.
