Deeside Care Home is an impressive 68-bed care facility offering high standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care in a luxurious and supportive setting.We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Team Leader to help guide and inspire our care team. This is an opportunity to lead by example, support residents with empathy, and help shape a positive care environment where your team can thrive.What We Offer:£14.10 per hour44 hours per weekPaid PVG, pension, free uniform and onsite parking5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)Your Role: As Team Leader, you will supervise and support care staff, ensuring every resident receives the highest quality of person-centred care. You will plan and review care plans, manage medication, respond to changing needs, and promote clear communication within the team. Your leadership will help maintain a warm, respectful, and well-run environment for both residents and staff.What We’re Looking For: You will have SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and experience leading or supervising a care team. You’ll be confident managing medication, care plans and team dynamics.
