This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you ll support both landlords and tenants throughout the full lifecycle, from application and move-in, through to check-out and deposit return. Key Responsibilities: • Managing a portfolio of properties and supporting tenants throughout their entire journey from application through to check-out. • Handling day-to-day maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and ensuring high standards are upheld. • Building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring expectations are managed and issues resolved professionally. • Carrying out property inspections, identifying and arranging necessary works in line with compliance requirements. • Coordinating check-ins, check-outs, renewals and deposit returns in line with relevant legislation. • Keeping property records and CRM systems up to date, and ensuring legal and safety requirements are met.
