Regular support is built into the role, including bi-weekly meetings with the clinical lead, ensuring you always feel part of a connected and valued team.Main Duties of the Role Deliver high-quality patient care.Undertake treatment room work, including chronic disease management (particularly asthma and COPD), immunisations, screening, and health promotion.Contribute to setting and auditing standards of care.Support the maintenance of a safe, therapeutic, and patient-focused environment.Assist in developing and delivering health promotion programmes and screening clinics.Ensure safe storage and administration of medicines and clinical equipment.Provide advice and support to patients in person and via telephone.Actively participate in team discussions to ensure best practice is maintained.
