Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of pub operations, including staff management, service delivery, and customer satisfaction

Oversee stock management, ordering, and deliveries

Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high food standards

Develop daytime trade and engage with the local community

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and efficient operational processes

Requirements:Proven experience managing a

pub or hospitality venue

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Passion for delivering excellent food and drink experiences

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Flexibility to work

evenings, weekends, and 1 weekend off in 4
