Salary dependant on applicants capabilities and experience.- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including cars, vans and motorhomes.- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic equipment- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks- Maintain accurate records of all work performed on vehicles- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions Qualifications - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude- Ability to perform physical tasks as required- Experience in equipment repair is preferred- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-MOT tester qualified preferred but not essential-Modern well equipped workshopThis position offers excellent pay for a highly skilled diagnostic technician.
