Right now, we are looking for a Senior Supported Housing Worker to play a pivotal role in our Bromley Tenancy Sustainment Service in London Sounds great, what will I be doing? The Senior Supported Housing Worker will play a vital role in overseeing referrals, ensuring they are signed up within three days, with safety plans in place within the same timeframe, and SandA plans completed within ten days of placement, including WOL and goals to work towards. They will work closely with staff to identify service user needs and report trends to the manager during weekly meetings, supported by an action plan. The role also involves delivering and supporting training sessions at OH, as well as with service users on the12 steps to tenancy sustainment, both in groups and individually. The Senior will be responsible for ensuring staff meet targets around community engagement and combating loneliness, including delivering activities that promote wellbeing such as on-site sessions and nature walks. All plans must be maintained as live documents in line with Hestia standards, with exit surveys completed when service users move on.
