We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join a nurturing 3-bed residential children''s home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) in Greenford, West London.Key Responsibilities:Support and manage the staff team to meet the individual needs of the children and ensure each shift runs smoothly.Actively participate in care planning, reviews, and direct work with young people.Supervise, support, and develop team members in line with regulatory and internal standards.Promote a safe, structured, and supportive home environment.Deputise in the absence of the Registered or Deputy Manager.Monitor and manage day-to-day operations, shift planning, and resource allocation.Liaise with external professionals and attend meetings as required.What We''re Looking For:Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - EssentialAt least 12 months of experience in a similar role in a residential setting.Proven experience supervising staff and managing challenging behaviours.Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.A sound understanding of safegua
