Your new role Based in the Southampton office, you will be the standalone HR Manager for the site, reporting to a supportive, experienced HR Manager for the UKandI in their Head Office.You will partner with management in Southampton to provide both operational and strategic HR support for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. Building strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders to proactively drive people-focussed outcomes. Empower and coach managers to confidently navigate HR challenges, offering guidance and championing HR best practice.This is a varied, generalist role that will see you work both transactionally and strategically across all areas of HR including: ER case work, recruitment, LandD / training, performance / change management, DEandI and HR operations.
