Warehouse Operative Nights - Stafford - Earn up to -13.27 per hour - ASAP start

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work with a leading company known for its expertise in logistic and supply chain management in the Stafford area. This client is a leader in their field, providing consistent and ongoing work for reliable candidates.

Shift Patterns:

• Sunday to Thursday
• 22.00 - 6.00

Pay Rates:

• Earn -13.27 per hour

As a Warehouse Operative, you will need to have:

• Own transport (due to the site''s lack of public transport access)
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet target-based KPIs

• Fluent English as must
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a very fast-paced environment

Role of a Warehouse Operative:

• Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications
• Dealing with orders from the stores, ensuring stock is not damaged upon delivery
• Goods in / out
• Loading and unloading
• Stock take
• Meet daily targets and maintain high standards of work
• Opportunity to train and gain certifications in LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) and MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
• Some heavy lifting will be involved
