Customer Service Administrator (Part-Time)Location: Staines, TW18Salary: £20,000 per annum (£28,000 FTE)Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday-Friday)Working Pattern: Either 9:00am - 2:00pm or 12:00pm - 5:00pmAbout the RoleMy client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Customer Service Administrator to provide essential administrative and logistical support across the business on a part-time basis.You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard, consistently meeting internal KPIs and customer expectations.This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceAct as the first point of contact for customers and external enquiriesTake ownership of queries, providing timely and accurate responsesPromote and maintain a strong customer service culture across the businessAdministrative and Operational SupportSupport key workflows, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timescalesIdentify delays, issues, or conflicts and work collaboratively to resolve themMaintain accurate systems, records, and databases for efficient information managementTeam CoordinationWork closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsAttend internal or external meetings (remote or onsite), providing administrative support such as minute-taking and act
