Chef de Partie - Own Your Station
What You''ll Do
- Take full control of your section from prep to service
- Cook, plate, and deliver high-quality dishes with pride
- Keep your station stocked, clean, and battle ready
- Minimise waste, control portions, and maintain standards
- Lead junior team members and apprentices by example
- Bring ideas to the table and help shape the menu
Who You Are
- At least 2 year experience in a similar role
- Passionate about food, flavour, and presentation
- Creative, confident, and eager to push boundaries
- Calm under pressure and organised in chaos
- Strong knowledge of kitchen compliance, hygiene, and safety
Sous Chef - Lead the Brigade
What You''ll Do
- Command the kitchen alongside the Head Chef
- Oversee service, quality, and timing with precision
- Train, mentor, and inspire your team to perform
- Plan menus, innovate dishes, and manage stock
- Keep costs, waste, and GP under control
- Step in to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away
Who You Are
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or ready to step up from Junior Sous
- Natural leader with confidence and authority in the kitchen
- Organised, tactical, and operationally sharp
- Creative, demanding, and uncompromising on standards
- Calm under pressure and able to drive your team
