They’re on the hunt for a Head of Delivery to lead the post-sale customer journey, from onboarding and implementation to support and long-term success.You’ll be owning the full delivery lifecycle, managing teams across Customer Success, PMO, Implementation, and Support. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape delivery frameworks, drive customer retention, and build scalable processes that actually work.You’ll be joining a tight-knit leadership team and playing a key role in defining how the business grows.
