Progress Teachers are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a local mainstream secondary setting. Role Responsibilities: Providing revision support and tutoring to students across key subjects Toilet supervision and assisting with personal care needs when required Supporting students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) Assisting students with SEN and additional learning needs in the classroom Working closely with teachers to enhance learning experiences Requirements: Previous experience working in a school or educational setting (desirable) Experience supporting students with SEN, EHCPs, or additional needs A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to student support Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
