Reporting directly to Director level, this role will play a critical part in decision making, partnering with Senior Management and key stakeholders to support key business units and deliver long term goals in a highly competitive sector. Responsibilities will include: Undertake key month-end tasks including journal entries, financial analysis and KPI reporting Conduct monthly cost centre reviews with budget holders, providing variance and trend analysis against budget and forecast, providing guidance and partnership on variance. Lead the annual budget and forecasting process Deliver financial analysis and support for third-party product costing and pricing agreements. Maintain the fixed asset register. Identify and guide profit improvement initiatives, highlighting cost-saving opportunities and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with multiple business units and build strong relationships across the business, acting as a collaborative business partner. Contribute to the successful delivery of key strategic initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Fully Qualified ACCA/CA/CIMA Accountant Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably
