Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Assistant looking to make a real difference in young children lives? We are currently seeking qualified Early Years Assistants to support a variety of primary schools across Thornton Cleveleys and Fylde from January 2026. These settings will be primary schools and you will be supporting the new cohort of reception pupils. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment, surrounded by enthusiastic colleagues and eager learners. As you will be working with young children, you will need enthusiasm, energy, a can do attitude, understanding and support to young children who are growing and developing social, emotional and mental skills. You will need to be open to working in and out doors amongst classes with paint, sensory activities and messy play. These pupils will still be working at an EYFS level and moving into a reception curriculum and may also be learning to toilet train and adapt to school life. As we are recruiting for a variety of settings, we have a range of roles available from full to part time, all roles are temporary term time only between a working week of Monday - Friday within the hours of 8:30-3:30. Pay is between 13.84 - 14.50 per hour.
