Goods In / Dispatch labourers required..This is for a 3 day weekend shift Friday / Saturday / Sunday. Training however will be on standard day shift (approx 4 weeks) Monday to Friday (Apply online only).Role Overview:As a Dispatch Operative, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating outgoing deliveries, ensuring all goods are packed accurately and shipped on time. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Key Responsibilities:Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatchBook shipments with couriers and generate delivery documentation (labels, invoices, etc.)Ensure accurate stock handling and inventory controlMaintain a clean and organised dispatch areaFollow health and safety procedures at all timesAssist with stocktakes and other warehouse duties when requiredRequirements:Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment (manufacturing sector preferred)Strong organisational and time management skillsBasic IT skills for booking systems and documentationAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPay -14.70phr + Overtime + HolidaysIND123
