Senior Accountant (Internal Reporting Focus)Location: London/ HybridContract Type: Interim / Contract (with potential to convert to permanent role)Salary: £400 - £550 a day Inside IR35We are currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join our IFES team, initially on an interim/contract basis, with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent role.As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality internal reporting and financial analysis. You will work closely with a team of three Senior Reporting Accountants, contributing to month-end processes and providing meaningful insights into financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwnership and delivery of month-end reportingPreparation and analysis of internal financial reportsIdentifying and explaining key trends, movements, and variancesSupporting FPandA activities, including forecasting and planningWorking with financial systems, particularly TM1Collaborating with stakeholders across finance and the wider businessAbout YouQualified or part-qualified accountant with 4-5 years'' experienceStrong background in financial reporting and FPandAExperience within the insurance industry (preferred)Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex dataHands-on experience with TM1 or similar financial systemsProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
