The team is collaborative, dynamic and committed to high standards.The JobAs Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation''s core financial operations. This includes:Leading month-end and quarter-end reportingPreparing management accounts, cashflow reports and variance analysisSupporting the annual audit and statutory accounts under Charity SORPGuiding the annual budgeting process and monitoring performance throughout the yearEnsuring robust controls, compliance and high-quality financial processesManaging a Finance Officer and working closely with senior leadership, Trustees and external partnersThis is a role where you can genuinely shape financial insight, improve process, and add strategic value.The PersonI''m looking to speak with fully qualified accountants (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CIPFA) who bring:Strong technical reporting skillsExperience within a charity or nonprofit finance environmentKnowledge of Charity SORPConfidence in producing management accounts, budgets and forecastsClear communication skills, especially with non-finance stakeholdersA proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approachExperience in endowed charities or grant-making organisations is desirable
