As the Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical systems and passenger lifts within the property portfolio. You will need to have a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systems.
