Mechanical Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Projects

A respected and long-standing air conditioning contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee multiple commercial fit-out projects across London. This role starts at the beginning of October, with long-term and permanent opportunities available for the right candidate.

Mechanical Site Manager''s Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate commercial fit-out projects across London.
• Manage teams of duct fitters, refrigeration engineers, and air conditioning engineers.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce health & safety compliance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Mechanical Site Manager''s Essential Requirements:

• Strong mechanical trade back ground (air conditioning or refrigeration preferred).
• Valid CSCS card.
• First Aid.
• Proven experience supervising teams on commercial projects.

Package:

• Up to -280 a day, depending on experience.
• Standard site hours: 8 am-5 pm.
• Long-term contract with potential for permanent employment.
