Responsibilities include conducting visible patrols at stations, victim care, security threat management, minor crime investigations, community relationship-building, and supporting PCs. Unlike Home Office Police Forces, our PCSOs are trained and equipped with handcuffs.Ideal candidates should demonstrate resilience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for community engagement and partnership-building.
