Creative Producer
to join our creative production team. Working with one of our biggest global clients, you’ll help deliver outstanding campaigns at some of the world’s most exciting sporting events.You’ll be at the heart of shoot planning and delivery—working alongside creatives, clients, and talent to bring stories to life. From coordinating logistics to managing schedules, budgets, and crew—you’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly, even under pressure.Travel is an essential part of the role. You’ll be on the ground at live events, working to tight deadlines, navigating changing circumstances, and ensuring every moment is captured and delivered to the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and produce content shoots for major global campaigns and activations in the sport and lifestyle space.Own the logistics—booking crew, travel, accommodation, permits, schedules, and equipment.Lead on-site production, supporting creatives and talent to ensure smooth, successful shoots.Work with the Creative and Strategy teams to understand briefs and translate them into actionable production plans.Manage production timelines and budgets, ensuring everything is delivered on time and within scope.Troubleshoot issues on-site and adapt quickly under pressure.Be a calm, positive presence in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.Communicate clearly and regularly with internal teams and clients.Build strong relationships with crew, creatives, and stakeholders across projects.Maintain documentation and production processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.About You5+ years of experience producing shoots or campaigns, ideally in sports, entertainment, or live events.Proven track record delivering high-quality content under pressure, on tight timelines.Exceptional organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.Strong people management and communication skills.Practical, adaptable, and calm when things change (because they will!).Experience working on location, internationally, and in varied conditions.Comfortable managing logistics, crews, and budgets across multiple projects.Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings during live events.A love of sport, travel, and big ideas is a must.Previous experience in agency or broadcast production a strong bonus.About the BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Flexible working environment (hybrid) – 2 days per week at London offices.30 days of holiday per year, plus standard Bank Holidays.Access to WePlay Academy Training and external knowledge shares.Monthly socials and industry event access.Enhanced parental leave policies.Mental wellness support on MyndUp, including access to the Calm AppDiversity, Equity and InclusionWePlay is deeply committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can thrive.
