Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Bias

£59,350 + Overtime (1.5x)
12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights) | Every Other Weekend Off

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will play a key role in maintaining and improving production equipment to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across site equipment

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and basic control faults

• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

• Work closely with the Engineering Team Leader to minimise downtime

• Apprentice trained or Level 3 qualification in Engineering

• Multi-skilled with a strong electrical bias

• Experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or similar manufacturing environments desirable

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Experience with processing equipment (pumps, conveyors, pipework, silos) advantageous

• Competitive salary of £59,350
