The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic partnerships, business development, sales, or account management, and have experience working adjacent and/or directly with partners within the hospitality sector. Individuals working directly for Hotels or Brands with a strong network will also be considered. You will work closely with internal teams and key partners to drive growth, expand market share, and deliver value across the region.Responsibilities
Partner Strategy and Development : Identify, engage, contract, and nurture potential strategic partners in the EMEA region to drive business growth. This includes channel partners, resellers, and integration partnersPartnership Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with Canary’s business goals. Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from onboarding to executionBusiness Growth : Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue generation and market expansionPerformance Tracking : Set and track KPIs for partnerships to ensure that targets are met. Regularly report on the progress and success of partnerships to leadershipNegotiation and Deal Closure : Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with business goals. Handle complex contract negotiations and agreements as neededCross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of partnership initiativesQualifications
5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, ideally within hospitality technology. Candidates working directly for hospitality brands will also be strongly considered.Ability to deliver against a channel-attributed revenue quotaDemonstrated ability to build and manage successful partnerships that drive business resultsProven experience negotiating and closing strategic partnerships and dealsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsExperience using Salesforce and Google SuiteFluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plusPreferred Qualifications
Experience working with hotel tech, travel, or hospitality software solutionsStrong understanding of the EMEA Hospitality market, including key players, regional business dynamics, and emerging trendsExperience in managing partnerships across multiple EMEA regionsExperience in being able to comfortably communicate on complex technical integrationsBenefits
