This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual to contribute to the successful delivery of a range of projects, with a particular emphasis on healthcare schemes.The role will suit someone with a strong understanding of technical design and construction, capable of taking projects through later RIBA stages and working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwardsProduce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical packagesLiaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with current regulations and standardsResolve technical issues and contribute to problem-solving on-site and in the officeEnsure high standards of documentation and technical outputCoordinate with internal design teams to maintain consistency and efficiencyRequirements:Proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of UK Building RegulationsDemonstrable experience in project delivery and technical detailingPrior experience in healthcare projec
