Executive Assistant (PA to Directors)

-20-22 per hour (Umbrella)

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join an organisation to support 3 Directors across a Housing Association based in Coventry.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Manage complex diaries, prioritising meetings and coordinating schedules
• Act as a key point of contact, handling internal and external communications with professionalism
• Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements, including logistics and agendas
• Take accurate minutes and track actions to ensure follow-through
• Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners

Essential Experience of the Executive Assistant

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Basic DBS (In date).
• Experience of managing Director''s diaries in a fast-paced business.
• High levels of Administration.
• Highly organised.
