What You''ll Be Doing:

• Leading, managing and mentoring a high performing teams
• Developing and executing a national sales strategy that delivers on growth targets
• Using data and insight to set KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability
• Building strong relationships with key accounts and new business prospects
• Champion the integration of innovative processes, tools, and methodologies
• Lead and manage transformational change
• Collaborating cross functionally with marketing, operations and other relevant departments

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head of Sales, National Sales or equivalent Senior Sales role
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of building successful teams
• Experience managing sales teams across multiple channels
• A commercially sharp mindset and the ability to influence at senior level
• Confident leading change, creating structure, and scaling performance
