Leading a busy team you will take an active lead in the growth of membership at their site, based at their leisure and sports centre in Cranleigh, Surrey.What your role will beWorking at the facility you will provide a line manager role supporting the Membership Advisors to maximize on every opportunity. Working to set KPIs and targets.
