The Bloomberg Professional service provides trading solutions and sophisticated analytics to meet these needs, all on a single platform. Bloomberg Electronic Trading Solutions (ETS) trading platforms are supported with Enterprise solutions to provide end-to-end workflows. This way, clients can stage, monitor, trade, allocate and perform TCA on their trades from the Bloomberg Terminal for each asset class, whilst seamlessly interacting with their buy-side and sell-side Order Management Systems.What''s the role?

As we continue to grow our ETS business we are looking for a focused Sell-Side ETS Relationship Manager to further develop our Emerging Market''s coverage covering sell-side liquidity providers within the EMEA region. The relationship and liquidity provided by our LP''s helps our buy side sales teams to position Bloomberg''s ETS platform and drives business across all client types - building new communities for e-trading as well as strengthening our existing relationships with key players in the markets.You will be joining a highly experienced team with significant subject matter expertise. The Team is responsible for managing and growing our Electronic Trading franchise across our Fixed Income platforms in both participation and market share as well as monitoring "Live Risk trading". This is primarily accomplished by building deep, value-focused relationships with clients, and engaging with them in ways they can grow and advance their business, by partnering with Bloomberg for their trading, automation and analysis needs. Though you will not have revenue metrics, you will be expected to spot enterprise revenue opportunities within your accounts and assist in building pipeline towards our revenue goals.Bloomberg Electronic Trading Solutions works closely with all our colleagues across Bloomberg Enterprise sales to help identify relevant prospects that we can work with across all asset classes for ETS, as well as the wider enterprise offering.Responsibilities

Build valuable, trusted and enduring relationships with your customersBuild an in-depth understanding around our client''s workflow for direct executionCollaborate with all groups within Enterprise Sales in furthering our electronic trading franchiseTake responsibility for growing our client base through prospecting, relationship management, referrals, cross-selling and attending external events/conferencesProvide detailed feedback to our product development teams to help us continuously improve so we can anticipate our client''s future needs.Make the best use of our flat corporate structure to network across various departments; relying on specific expertise to help deliver solutions to our clientsQualifications

You''ll need to have:Experience selling electronic trading technology solutions to financial institutionsClient facing experience within Emerging MarketsFamiliarity with Emerging Markets, specifically in the FI space including Emerging Markets and local currency denominated bondsComprehensive knowledge of the fixed income and fixed income derivatives marketsStrong understanding of the impact of regulation, market structure and compliance on electronic tradingGood understanding of the eTrading vendor competitive landscapeFamiliarity with buy-side and sell-side trading workflowsProblem solving skills and have a strong "can do" attitudeDemonstrated continuous career growth within an organizationSelf-starter mentality and be responsible for the coverage region including monitoring at-risk users to defend the Bloomberg businessThe ability to travel on a regular basis to meet with clients in personIf this sounds like you
