Our client, a highly respected company in the poultry industry, is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee their farm near Downham Market. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business known for its commitment to animal welfare, innovation, and high-quality poultry production. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the farm, ensuring efficient and high-welfare production. Lead and support a team, managing schedules, authorising timesheets, and conducting performance reviews. Implement and maintain biosecurity, animal welfare, and health and safety standards. Manage stock levels, oversee supply orders, and control operational costs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise farm efficiency. What We re Looking For: Minimum two years'' experience in poultry farm management or a similar livestock production role. Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and train a team. Solid understanding of poultry breeding, biosecurity, and welfare best practices.
