Client Portfolio ManagementManaging a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clientsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsFocusing primarily on owner-managed businessesHandling large transactions, including EIS and share schemesTechnical ExcellencePreparing and reviewing tax provisions for inclusion in statutory accountsUndertaking complex compliance work and corporate tax computationsManaging the filing of corporation tax returnsPreparing and filing ATED and EMI returnsDealing with HMRC correspondence and queriesAdvisory and CollaborationProviding advice on corporation tax matters to audit teamsAssisting Partners with corporate tax advisory mattersContributing to tax planning strategiesLeadership and DevelopmentTraining and coaching junior staff membersProviding mentoring and technical guidanceSupporting team development initiativesWhat We''re Looking For
